For those of you in the know, you get how huge this is. For those of you not in the know, let me explain. L. Ron Hubbard, other than being known for Scientology, was first and foremost a science fiction writer. He began this contest decades ago to help usher in the new age of science fiction writers and to encourage those with pens and big imaginations.
